Tasks, checked against your backlog
Already in your backlog? It becomes a comment there, not a second ticket. Unsure? It says so instead of guessing. Nothing is filed until your team approves it.
A workspace everyone can read
Calls, decisions, open action items and people for the whole team, including the people who never open GitHub. Try the demo.
## Decisions 1. Ship the $19 self-serve tier before the Q4 campaign: the creative already assumes it (16:40) ## Agreements 1. Carter ↔ Brooks: pricing copy freezes Friday so engineering can cut the release Monday (22:15) ## Next steps ### Post-call 1. Rewrite pricing page copy - Carter [high] (14:32) > "we need to rewrite pricing for self-serve by Friday"
Every decision, readable by your AI agents
Each call is a plain file in your repository, so anyone on the team, or an AI agent on Claude or GPT, can find what was decided and why.

People, not speaker labels
One profile per teammate, so the digest says "Carter owns the pricing copy" instead of "Speaker 2 will handle it".
What your notetaker doesn't do
The summary
A notetakerA wall of text in another tab, skimmed once if at all.
Talk2taskDecisions and owners in the chat thread people already read, and tasks in the tracker where the work happens.
Who owns what
A notetakerKnows who spoke, not who owns the work.
Talk2taskReads each call with your team's profiles and your recent calls on the same topic, so it knows who owns what and what was agreed last time.
The tasks
A notetakerSomeone has to retype them, check for duplicates and find the owner, so usually nobody does.
Talk2taskProposes them in the call's thread after checking your backlog. Nothing reaches the tracker until someone on the team approves it.
Your AI agents
A notetakerNever see the call.
Talk2taskFind every decision, with its reason and owner, in your repository.
How it works
No bot joins your calls. Talk2task works from the recording your call platform already makes.
Record
Record the call to your meeting platform's cloud (Zoom today). About a minute after it ends, a short post with the title and recording link appears in your team channel.
Transcribe
When the transcript is ready, usually within an hour, product and people names are corrected with your team's glossary.
Understand
Claude reads the transcript with your team's profiles and recent related calls, and pulls out decisions, agreements and next steps, each with its minute.
Deliver
The digest lands in the call's chat thread, task proposals follow with Approve and Skip, and the call is saved to your git repository.
You decide what it hears and where it goes
Scope
Only calls you record to the cloud are processed.
Keep a 1:1, board or HR meeting off the cloud recording and Talk2task never sees it.
In the call
No bot joins your calls.
It works from the recording your platform already made. Recording consent stays with you.
Output
Everything it writes lives in your tools.
Decisions in your chat, tasks in your tracker, the record in your git repository. Remove Talk2task and all of it stays.
Model
Calls are processed with Claude through the Anthropic API.
Under commercial terms that don't allow training on your data.
Agreement
A written agreement comes first.
Before any of your calls is processed we sign a data processing agreement that lists sub-processors, the processing region and retention. See the privacy policy.
Access
Writes only where you connect it.
It posts to your chat, files approved tasks in your tracker and commits to your repository. We load those records into the workspace for you, and people log in with a password.

Soon AI employee
It picks up a task from your tracker, works through it with your company's full context, and hands back the result for review: a pull request, a document, a reply. Your team assigns it work like anyone else.
Getting started
Talk2task is a managed service. We run it; your team gets the results in its own tools.
Demo
Thirty minutes on a call
A week of the demo team's calls, then your stack and your questions.
Agreement
Data processing agreement
Sub-processors, processing region and retention, signed before any of your calls is processed.
Setup
One setup call
We connect your call platform, chat and tracker together. The record goes to a git repository you own.
Live
Your next recorded call
The digest and task proposals arrive in the call's thread, and the team approves what gets filed.
Private handling of 1:1 and board calls, Google Meet, Jira and single sign-on aren't live yet. Tell us which you need on the demo call.
Questions
Can we keep some calls out?
Yes. Talk2task only processes calls recorded to the cloud, so record 1:1s, board or HR calls locally or not at all. Automatic private handling for such calls is on the roadmap.
Who approves the tasks?
Someone on your team, in the call's chat thread. Proposals the backlog check is sure about can be approved together in one click; flagged ones wait to be reviewed one by one. Skipped proposals are logged, so you can see what your team doesn't want filed.
Do you support Google Meet, Jira or single sign-on?
Not yet. Today Talk2task connects to Zoom, Slack, Linear and GitHub, and those are next. Tell us your stack when you book a demo.
Where do people who don't use git read it?
In your team chat, and in the Talk2task workspace in the browser: calls, decisions, open action items and people. Git is where the record is kept, so it stays yours.
Which languages does it support?
English and Russian, including calls that switch between the two. Digests and tasks are written in the language of the call; file names and metadata stay in English so the record stays searchable.
We already use Granola or Fireflies. Can we keep it?
Yes. Exported transcripts can be filed the same way as cloud recordings. Automatic capture is connected to Zoom cloud recordings today.
What happens to our data if Talk2task goes away?
Nothing is lost. Everything it wrote is already in your chat, your tracker and your git repository as plain files, and the recordings and transcripts we hold are deleted as the data processing agreement sets out.
You'll talk to Eugene or Kris.
Talk it through with the team that builds it
Thirty minutes on a call. We walk through a week of the demo team's calls in their chat, tracker and workspace, then look at how it would fit your stack. Your own calls come later, once the data processing agreement is signed.
